General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Welcome to Arlberg-Adventures!

 

The company "Arlberg Adventures" SKISCHOOL & GUIDING, Dorfstraße 57, St.Anton am Arlberg, is a registered and qualified ski school based in St. Anton. All services provided by this ski school (online enquiries, online orders) or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.

This agreement comes into force as of today's date.

 

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation fees apply:

- up to 7 days before the start of the booked service: no costs

- 7 days to 24 hours before the start of the booked service: 50% of the agreed total price

- from 24 hours before the start of the booked service: 100% of the agreed total price (also applies if the booked service is not used)

 

In the event of non-appearance on the agreed date, the full amount will be charged. If the performance of a service cannot be guaranteed, the ski school "Arlberg Adventures" reserves the right to postpone or cancel the service. The contractual partner is not entitled to any claims. If the contractual partner is physically unable to attend, they must present a medical certificate stating the reason for their inability to attend, otherwise the full amount will be charged.

 

These General Terms and Conditions contain the rules and regulations for the use of Arlberg Adventures' website at www.arlberg-adventures.com.

 

We assume that by accessing the website you accept the terms and conditions in full. Please do not continue to use Arlberg-Adventures if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
